In this initial phase we investigate what the IT situation in your company is and define, in cooperation with you, what the target should be. We give advice on the different possibilities and take into account aspects like business criticality, competitor advantages, budget, etc. in order to do a proposal for improvement of your IT infrastructure.

Implementation

With a highly qualified technical staff we implement the chosen solution as fast as possible during a time that suites you the best. A smooth implementation is reached thanks to a good planning and preparation phase. During this implementation a lot of briefing and reporting will be given to you in order to keep you up-to-date on the evolution of the project implementation.

Maintenance

Because we are proud of what we deliver we believe that we are in the best position to do the maintenance of our implemented solutions. With on-site and/or remote monitoring and maintenance we can become the “care taker” of your IT infrastructure. A full real-time report is available for you in order to check the status of your infrastructure.

Support

If problems arise we can assist you with the needed remote and/or on-site support. With maintenance and monitoring we can prevent lot of problems to happen. If problems should arise anyhow we can limit the down-time due to well trained people and strict procedures.
